Guest Policies – Guras Horizon Apartments

Booking Policy

Reservations are confirmed once payment or a required deposit has been successfully received. Guests will receive a confirmation email with full booking details upon completion of the reservation.

All guests must present a valid government-issued identification or passport at the time of check-in.


Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 3 days before the scheduled check-in date without penalty.

Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival may be subject to full booking charges.

Occupancy Policy

Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. For safety and comfort, the number of guests must not exceed the allowed capacity unless approved by management.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:

* Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments
* Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
* Parties or large gatherings are not permitted without prior approval
* Guests are expected to respect the property and surrounding community

Damages & Security

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Management reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement, or excessive cleaning if necessary.

A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in depending on the booking.

Personal Belongings

Guras Horizon Apartments is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay.

Management Rights

Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if property rules are violated or inappropriate behavior occurs.
